Fresh Strawberry Cake – Our most often ordered cake! Fresh chopped strawberries are folded into our classic yellow batter and baked. More fresh strawberries are added to our own cream cheese and butter cream mixture. Spread between the 3 layers and frosting the sides of the cake, this cake is strawberries through an through!
Red Velvet Cake – Another southern classic and great for any time of the year! NOT just for Christmas. The velvet textured layers are filled and frosted with cream cheese icing and toasted pecans.
Caramel Cake – You’ll search far and wide find “homemade” caramel frosting. We begin with our classic yellow layers, then fill it and frost it with our house made caramel by melting sugar to an amber colored liquid, cream is added at just the right moment, then more sugar, butter, real vanilla and cooked to just the right temperature. It’s beaten to a spreading consistency. Lots of things have to “go right” to make this frosting like our grandmothers used to make.
Double Fudge Cake – Chocolate layers baked with 2 kinds of chocolate and then frosted to your choosing. Choose from Vanilla Buttercream, Chocolate Buttercream, Peanut Butter Buttercream, Cooked Fudge, or Oreo Buttercream.
Chocolate Pecan Cake – chocolate layers with pecans baked into them then filled with cooked fudge frosting and pecans. Frosted with cooked fudge and more pecans sprinkled on top.
German Chocolate Cake- Sweet chocolate layers filled with our house made cooked coconut and pecan frosting, filling and covering the cake. Absolutely delicious and hard to find the way Gabriel’s make it. This is the cake my grandmother usually made for my birthday.
Fresh Coconut Cake- Our classic yellow layers are filled and frosted with a cooked 7-minute white icing and naturally sweet coconut. Coconut is between the layers and covers the top and sides of the cake.
Italian Cream Cake – Yellow layers baked with coconut and pecans. Cream cheese frosting fills and frosts the layers and we finish the top of the cake with a sprinkling of more pecans and coconut. A favorite for many years!
Carrot Cake – 3 layers o finely grated carrots, chopped pecans and just the right spices. Frosted with cream cheese icing and toasted pecans move this American standard to high on our customers’ popularity list. Always freshly baked from scratch takes the “ho hum” out of this carrot cake.
White Lady – Our double fudge layers filled and frosted with luscious white chocolate mousse. Finished on the top and sides with chocolate curls. A real show stopper”!
Classic Yellow Cake- Yellow layers made real butter. An all American favorite. Filled and frosted with your choice of Vanilla Buttercream, Chocolate Buttercream, or Cooked Fudge.
Hummingbird Cake – We use a pound of fresh chopped bananas, crushed pineapple, pecans and a little cinnamon baked into 3 layers. Filled and frosted with our house made cream cheese icing and more pecans. It’s the best smelling cake coming out of the oven. A true southern creation.
